That didnt stop the outrageous bills from coming. And thats when i called channel 4. Becau because i wasnt getting anywhere. They just kept threatening to turn the water off. Prior to that, according to company spokesperson, there were inconsistent readings which triggered their system not to bill until accurate readings co extended period of time without receiving a bill and wssc determined she was qualified for the billing adjustment. Dianes new balance now . Just 60. I didnt know what else to do obviously i picked the right thing to do. Ending months of frustration and worry that her water and patience would run out.
