Prior to that, according to company spokesperson, there were inconsistent readings which triggered their system not to bill until accurate readings co extended period of time without receiving a bill and wssc determined she was qualified for the billing adjustment. Dianes new balance now . Just 60. I didnt know what else to do obviously i picked the right thing to do. Ending months of frustration and worry that her water and patience would run out.
