Inbound mlk drive has been blocked for overnight construction but that should be reopening momentarily. This is also in the process of reopening. Vine street expressway westbound is opened. Eastbound were still waiting on the ramp from the eastbound schuylkill to the eastbound vine but that should be back in business momentarily. And here on 95 southbound at academy overnight construction is gone so looking better in the great northeast. In delaware, theres still some work on 95 northbound near the Delaware Service area. His lawyers are fighting to limit the number of accusers who can testify at his Sexual Assault trial. Action News Reporter Katherine Scott is live now outside that courthouse in norristown. Shes going run down the details. Good morning, katherine. Reporter good morning, tam, thats right, bill cosby is expected back here today for another pretrial hearing. This one focuses on whether the prosecution can call 13 other accusers to testify at trial. This is a big issue for both sides and we expect a battle. This trial scheduled for the spring is for charge that is bill cosby sexually assaulted former Temple University employee Andrea Constand at his cheltenham home in 2004. Prosecutors want to call 13 other women to testify in an effort to show cosby had a pattern of drugging and molesting women from the 70s to the 90s. Some of the women are set to have only known him for a few days. Others had ongoing relationships with cosby. District attorney kevin steele argues the 13 womens stories are reel advance because they establish a common scheme or plan. But the defense is crying foul saying the commonwealth is trying to bolster their weak case. Cosbys lawyers will try keep the women off the witness stand attack the relevance to the case and their credibility. The defense had wanted to question the women in person but the judge didnt allow it. The judge already ruled cosbys deposition testimony can be used at trial where he talks about his affairs including the night with constand and giving quaaludes to women he wanted to have sex with. Now the question remains, if these accusers can testify. His hearing is scheduled for 9 00 a. M. Its expected to last today and tomorrow. Police say someone opened fire around 5 15 yesterday evening. The men were taken to the hospital in stable condition. Investigators are trying to figure out who shot the men and why. The victim wall shot in the chest and the leg is that now in critical condition. A burst of gunfire in south jersey left a victim dead on the front porch of a home and sent another to the hospital. On the eastbound side its just the shoulder thats topped traffic head toward montgomery drive and toward center city. So, eastbound youre seeing a pretty substantial delay coming away from city avenue. I would still really recommend heading for the river drivers, the mlk or the kelly.
