Breaking this everything, a woman abducted and sexually assaulted in fairfax county. The two suspects still on the loose right now. The victim got in a car with two men after a night out in falls church. They left her on route 50. Information from Fairfax Police. Jeff . Jeff well, michelle, it was here according to Fairfax Police where the woman was forced out of vehicle. We are at south manchester and route 50 inside the Arlington County line. Police say a woman was sexually assaulted by two men at gunpoint and then dropped off here, forced out of the vehicle at 2 00 in the morning. According to Fairfax Police, the woman 50 years old met two men at a restaurant in the 5800 block o saying she did not know the men. She left the restaurant with the man and all three got inside a minivan and headed toward arlington. At that point both of the men sexual assaulted the woman inside the vehicle. All while a handgun was being displayed. The two woman took the womans cell phone and forced her out of the minivan on route 50 in manchester where she was able to flag down a passerby who called police. Police say they do not believe crime. They had met in the evening at the restaurant. Its like a cantina style restaurant. Maybe talked. I dont want to speculate but most likely felt it was safe to leave. She did. Unfortunately this brutal attack occurred. Jeff the description on the two suspects is very vague. We dont know much about the vehicle either. A late model Honda Odyssey minivan. The woman speaks spanish. Good according to authorities so its been difficult to get clear information on what happened with the crime and about the suspect. And, of course, the woman is still traumatized by what happened. New at 4 00, an emotional conclusion of a story that exposed the reality of drunk driving. Sentenced to ten years in prison. And kevin lewis was there as reluzco owned up to his actions. Its so senseless and so reckless to do this. Kevin today, rich leotta declared he is living a nightmare without his son noah. The pain so bad at times he would rather be dead. This is a serious problem, drunk driving. Kevin last december, luis reluzco smoked pot, popped xanax and drank to oblivion before hitting a pike. Police chief tom major says without clich . , leotta was one of his finest officers. I believe justice was served today as best it can be. Kevin standing in a jail jump suit, reluzco issued a genuine 15minute long tearfilled apology stating i have a problem. There is no sentence that would be enough for noahs life. It was a senseless preventable thing that i did. The sentence, ten years, the in maryland. This reprehensible behavior will not be toleratedded. They rallied in front of the Prince Georges County courthouse and at the county Administration Building. They were here for three hours ago. They are pushing to have the utilities put back on. We have video now to show you of them rallying. The effort is to get the utilities back on. Two fronts here. The condo complex attorney and there is senators efforts. Start with the attorney. Back in april a judge gave pepco the okay to shut off power to lynn hill condominiums because of the outstanding 400,000 power bill. The complex attorney want pepcos ruling canceled and the complexs 2014 bankruptcy filing restated. To get the complexs creditors off the back. And to give it time to pay for when it comes to the senator, he has the state Attorney Office pushing for what is called an injunction. The complex doesnt have the money to pay the 1 million worth of outstanding utility bills. The injunction is a courtordered to stop a specified act. And the act in this case is the utilities that are being cut off. They want them back on. They will ask the judge in its right now, we are dealing with what we believe to be a wrongful termination under the circumstances. Q right now the senator is in the courthouse on the third floor with a number of the lynnhill residents. They are pushing for injunction. Amy that is officials tell me this Group Targets victims right here in the u. S. Resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in losses. Unfortunately we are all too aware of the scams. Amy officials announcing more than 60 people and entyties now facing charge entities now facing charges for the alleged involvement in a transnational organization. More than 15,000 victims, including many new immigrants to the United States and the a network of call centers originated in india. Amy the group say the defendants called the victims claiming to be from the i. R. S. Or u. S. Citizenship and immigration services. We are only as good as our word. When it appears as if we are doing business over the phone in a threatening or a fraudulent manner it reflects poorly on what we are trying to accomplish. Amy a scheme some know all too well. I relive it occasionally. Thinking how could i be so stupid to no this was a scam. Amy a victim who didnt want to be identified said the caller claimed to be from the i. R. S. And tricked him to send gift cards over a fourday period. Im certainly not expecting restitution. I just want to help put a stop to this. Todays actions will not only bring a sense of justice to the victims in this case but this significant investigation will help increase awareness for this immigration and naturalization amy officials are doing their best to trace the money lost but the victims may not see any of that money back. They are reminding people the i. R. S. Wont call and make threats for payment.
