As you head further west and north, we are seeing about four to five mile visible. You can see big improvements around 11 00 a. M. It will be clear at that point. Which is awesome. Current temperatures in the 50s we will have a chance for rain and isolated thunderstorms. I will break that down in a few minutes. Darlene. Deputies are trying to find a main who they say raped a woman several times in the same week. And a woman who is accused of being an accomplice is waiting to see a judge this morning. Julie, the victim told investigators that she tried to get away but she was too scared. She was scared for her life and her familys life. She told investigators he would kill her family if she didnt keep quiet. Reporter investigators are looking for 18yearold Terrell Williamson who forced a victim to have sex with him on three occasions through january 1st and january 5th. They have caught hill who was accused of holding the victim down during one of the sexual batteries. Her, demanded to take off her clothes and sexually battered her. Basically said youre going to do what i tell you to do. Reporter the second time williamson held a pillow over her face while raping her. The third time he punched her and hill held her down against her will while williamson raped her. Hill was arrested on friday without a problem at her mothers apartment where the alleged attacks took place. Williamson. A Good Samaritan probably went too far chasing down a hit fire. Charges. 31yearold peter kneel was driving on a suspended license when he crashed into two people and took off. Thats when this eyewitness the Good Samaritan shot out his tire and then shot when neil lunged at him. Deputies believe it was self defense. This gentleman did not have any type of firearms. The witness did. But he probably went too far in confronting the guy. He almost became a victim himself. Neil was booked into jail yesterday and still there this morning. Accused drug dealers are in jail after an investigation that brought cash, drugs and guns off the streets. Deputies targeted a major crystal meth ring that moved a kilo of drugs a month that has a street value of a hundred thousand dollars each. They had motion detectors and cameras on the property to know if anyone was on to them. Investigators are still trying to find 31 other people. One person in the operation reid is responsible for the death of houser back in 2007. Went limp. Now we feel like were going to get justice. Even though we cant bring her will be justice served. Family members say they have long suspected reid was responsible. He had been hanging out with houser and a group of other people the night before she was found dead. A Philadelphia Police officer is in fair condition after being shot several times inspired by isis. The fbi is now trying to determine if the suspect has terrorist group. Reporter chilling surveillance images of what Philadelphia Police call an ambush on one of their officers by a suspect they say pledged we have an officer shot. Police saying the suspect got an alarming confession. Estated that he pledges his allegiance to islamic state. Thats why he did this. And we will gradually start to see some improvements as we head into the next couple of hours. For now, 59 in downtown. Very comfortable. Our satellite radar showing partly to mostly cloudy skies. But a lot of us dealing with that fog. That cold front still well out to the west in the panhandle. As that inches closer tonight into early tomorrow is when we will see the showers and isolated thunderstorms roll in. From kissimmee, downtown orlando, through sanford down to Daytona Beach is where its the thickest. The further towards the west and the north that you go, it is just a touch of fog. Developing this morning, polk county deputies have released Surveillance Video of a van used in a triple murder. The suspect drove this van in the morning of the killings in lakeland on wednesday. Survived. The suspects may be from the miami area. A teenager accused of stabbing her ex boyfriend at school is back at home. The 15yearold slashed him with a steak knife last month. She was charged as an adult but her lawyer says she doesnt deserve that. This will haunt her for the in this girls young life, this seems to be an isolated incident. Prosecutors say they charged the teenager as an adult because the facts and evidence indicate this is the way it should be handled. Her next Court Appearance is in march. Orange county residents are seeing trash pile up on their curbs after a week without pickup. It should be gone today. A special route will be run today to catch up. Starting january 1st, the county started an automated collection problem. Employees no longer get out of the trucks to collect trash but it has gotten off to a slow start. It doesnt look nice. She was scared for her life and told investigators that he said he would kill her family if he didnt keep quiet. Times. Investigators say 18yearold hill was there each time. The first time williamson pointed a gun at the victims her clothes. When she said no, it turned violent. He retrieved a gun out of his pants that were nearby and pointed it at her head and basically said youre going to do what i tell to you do. The second assault allegedly occurred just nine hours later. The victim told deputy thats williamson pulled out a gun, smothered her with a pillow while having sex with her. Hill was allegedly present but didnt say anything. The last alleged attack took place on january 5th. This time hill began punching the victim. When she tried to get away, hill wouldnt let her leave the room. Held her down while the codefendant attacked her. Obviously disturbing, upsetting and we want the victim to get help that she by bringing those responsible to justice. Deputies arrested hill on friday without a problem at her mothers apartment where the alleged attacks took place. Again, investigators are still looking for williamson. Darlene. Developing right now, the orlando Police Officer who was dragged by a suspect said hes ready to get back to work. We told you police say 36year old morgan dropped the officer when he tried to pull him over. It happened on wednesday on division street. I feel bad for him and that he is going to serve his time in that prison. I feel good for me because really im serving my time in my own prison here. That will eventually make its way here into our neck of the woods in the next 36 hours. So less than half a mile visibility throughout all of volusia, seminole, orange, polk, Brevard County. Everybody has fog. Its just a matter of how much. Pushing this to 10 00 a. M. You can still see some trouble spots in portions of sumter, lake, orange and northern Brevard County. By 11 00, everything looks nice and clear. Current temperatures in the 50s to low 60s. Close to 80 as we head into the afternoon today. Deputies are working to find a man who raped a woman several times in the same way. And a woman accused of being his accomplice is waiting to see a judge. Eyewitness news this morning julie solomon has been following this story. The woman tried to get away but she was too scared. She told investigators that he said he would kill her family if she didnt keep quiet. Investigators are looking for 18yearold Terrell Williamson who forced the victim have sex with him on three occasions between january 1st through january 5th. Investigators have already caught 18yearold daria hill accused of holding the victim down during one of the sexual batteries. In the first incident williamson pointed a gun at her and demanded she take off her clothes and sexually battered her. He retrieved a gun out of head and said youre going to do what i tell you to do. Reporter the second time williamson held a pillow over her face while raping her. The third time he punched her and hill held her down against her will. While williamson raped her. And deputied arrested hill on friday without a problem at her mothers apartment where the alleged attacks took place. Police are still looking for williamson. Darlene. A Good Samaritan probably went too far chasing down a hit andrun suspect and opening fire. But he will not face charges. Neil was driving on a suspended license when he crashed into two people and took off. Thats when this eyewitness chased down neil and confronted him. Neil tried to steal the Good Samaritans car but shot out his own tire and shot again deputies believe it was self defense. Luckily this gentleman did not have any firearms. The witness did. He probably went too far in getting out and confronting the guy. He almost became a victim himself. Neil was booked yesterday and is still there this morning. 117 accused drug dealers are now in jail in lake county after an investigation that took months to bring cash, drugs and guns off the streets. Deputies targeted a major crystal meth ring that moved a kilo of drugs a month. Some of the accused drug dealers even had motion and audio detectors on their property, possibly to see if anyone was on to them. Usually we see it in more sophisticated operations. Again it goes to show you the amount of money they were making and the level of activity that they were worried about having that kind of security. Even with 117 arrests, investigators are still trying to track down 33 more people. People linked to that operation is facing murder charges in a cold case. Police say reid is responsible for the death of houser in 2007. Reid told police he tried to have sex with houser, restrained her and covered her nose and mouth, hoping she would blackout. He says he took off when she went limp. Now we feel like were going to get justice. Even though we cant bring her back, we still feel like there will be some justice served. Family members say they had suspected reid was responsible. He had been hanging out with houser and a group of other people the night before she was found dead. Developing this morning, a Philadelphia Police officer is now in fair condition after investigators say he was shot several times by a man claiming to be inspired by isis. The attack was caught on Surveillance Video. Marcie gonzales reports the fbi is now trying to determine if the suspect has any direct ties to that terrorist group. Reporter despite his serious injuries hartnett managed to get out of the car, follow the suspect and fire back. Other officers soon arrested the suspect identified as 30 yearold edward archer. Police saying the suspect gave an alarming confession. Estated that he pledges his allegiance to islamic state. And that is the reason he was according to him, he believed that the Police Defends law thats are contrary to the teaches of the quran. Reporter officer hartnett recovers in the hospital. Reporter a cold case detective Peter Hernandez is working for justice for a 21 yearold man murdered in Orange County back in 2006. One suspect is already in custody. For a second man. He could be one of the defendants or a witness. However, the dna will rule him out as one or the other. Reporter but he says he feels handcuffed bylaws that havent kept up with technology. Right now a search warrant is needed to swab the person for dna. But that warrant expires ten days after it is issued by the court. It would mean that we would have to continuously reapply for a warrant every single time we have a feeling where he could be. Reporter hernandez says its a huge waste of time and resources and could leave dangerous suspects on the street longer. Evidence. Reporter he retired as the deputy chief and pushing a bill that would remove the Expiration Date on warrants for dna. This takes staffing hours and a judges time. The judge having to see the same warrant three or four times over again. Reporter if it passes once a warrant is issued and put be swabbed anywhere and any time that police find them. Dna is in you forever and always and from now. You cant get rid of it. Toilet. You cant throw it in the dumpster. Reporter hernandez says the bill would make his job easier and our communities safer. Reporter since april the snap team has worked overtime on the weekend to nail college kids with fake ids. It has become a Cottage Industries where websites take their real information but change one detail and college kids score an id. 99 people under the age of 21 an officer will go up and see a person with an alcoholic beverage that doesnt look like theyre over 21 and they will strike up a conversation with the person, ask them their date of birth and, you know, based on everything they will say, you know, can we go outside real quick and talk. Developing this morning, an 18yearold accused of raping a woman three times in a week is on the run. And a woman deputies say was his accomplice is expect today face a judge in the next few minutes. Julie has been working to learn more about the suspects this morning. Galley, investigators say the man held the victim at gun point. Reporter and she also told authorities she was scared for he is said that he would kill her family if she didnt keep quiet. The victim told investigators Terrell Williamson raped her three times. Investigators said 18yearold hill was there each time. The first time williamson pointed a gun at the victims head and demanded she take off her clothes. When is he said no, it turned violent. He retrieved a gun out of his pants nearby and pointed it at her head and basically said youre going to do what i tell you to do. Reporter the second assault occurred nine hours later. Deputies say williamson pulled out a gun and smothered her with a pill while he had sex with with her. Hill was present but didnt say anything. The last attack, hill began punching the victim. Hill wouldnt let her leave the room. And held her down while the codefendant was attacking her. Disturbing, upsetting and we want the victim to get the help she needs and we want to help her by bringing those responsible to justice. Deputies were able to arrest hill on friday without a problem at her mothers apartment where the alleged attacks took place. Again, investigators are still looking for williamson. Darlene. Developing right now, the orlando Police Officer who was dragged about i a suspect says he is ready to get back to work. We told you morgan dragged officer fink when he tried to pull him over. It happened on division street on wednesday. Investigators say fink was treated for a concussion. We obtained the radio transmissions that went out after the incident. In those transmissions you can hear finks backup officer calling for help. He took off. I think hes hurt. Is he conscious . Is he talking to you . Yes. Hes talking to us. Police say morgan did not have a license. County jail on aggravated bat rephrase an officer, resisting with violence and fleeing charges. His bond is set at 15,000. I want to tell him what an evil man he is because he is reid recently moved in down the street and entered the victims home as she took a break from yard work. He attacked in the dining room and tried to smother her in the living room. The two had even each other before but did not know each other. I was minding me own business and i was in his grasp. Reporter reid initially pleaded not guilty but Court Records show you rejected a plea in late november and decide today plead guilty two to charges including attempted murder. Prosecutors agreed to drop two other charges. Im relieved it will be over and that whatever is going to happen is going to happen. Reporter in these two letters a woman with two children with reid is pleading with the judge to have mercy on him. I feel bad for him in that he is going to serve his time in that prison. I feel good for me because im serving time in my prison here. Reporter she says the her living with the lights on and the door locked. Prosecutors wont say what kind of punishment they asked for but it could lead to life in prison. Reids Attorney Says he doesnt have his clients permission to talk to us about the case. The parents called the school to say they would pick her up at the front gate after their car broke down. After waiting 45 minutes, her father went to the office. Her father told us he found out there are 20 registered sex found. 25 years ago the bones of a woman were founded in a wooded area in Volusia County. Its been 25 years since a womans remains were found in a wooded area in Volusia County. Investigators are hoping this year they can solve the case. Roy ramos spoke to deputies who hope that new technology will help them find the killer. Reporter it has been 25 years since the bones of a woman believed to be between 25 to 40 years old were discovered in Volusia County. Since then investigators have still yet to identify her. Eyewitness was there in 1990 when Sheriff Deputies searched for clues off of morris boulevard but came up empty handed. They were left only with this image constructed by an artist with clay based on the shape of the womans skull. The facial reconstruction we had then was the best we could have at the time. The best we could come up with. And we used it for years. Only have they been unable to find out who she is but they have yet to find her killer. Just recently the Sheriffs Office released this updated image developed with newer technology. You can see the drastic change when placed side by side with the older one. We could update this and make it much more lifelike digitally. Reporter artists put depth markers on to a 3d image of the skull and build out the thickness on the skull. Similar to the process being done by our Graphics Department right now. They will then add eyes, anoas and mouth and hope that someone will recognize that image and then call police. What we got was a product that looked like someone you could imagine, someone you might know, someone you might recognize. Reporter investigators believe the victim was killed three to eight weeks before her bones were found. They hope with the latest image will point them in the right direction to solving the murder. We want to be able to identify her. Thats the first step in many steps finding out what happened to her. Reporter roy ramos, Eyewitness News this morning. Detectives say 18yearold Terrell Williamson held a gun to the victims head and smothered her face with a pillow during the attack. Orange county deputies say a Good Samaritan may have gone too far chasing down a hit and run driver and opening fire but not likely to face charges. 31yearold neil was driving on a suspended license when he hit two people on pine hill road yesterday and took off.
