Hurricane force winds on the east coast that is the key and that is the tricky part about the forecast. If you look at this, there is your center, of warm water. And there may be a bit of shared watering. But the important thing is, Hurricane Force winds extend only 40 miles out and the real devastating winds, the category for her probably only about 10 miles from the center. So, you have to be within 10 miles to have that kind of so, looking at the bigger picture, most areas are not going to have to deal with this. And, as i said, it may shift a nudge to the west at 5 pm, but it is still offshore. And, if the storm stays offshore that is huge. And, the bulk of the rough weather is east of the center. So if you move this area, if however just a few miles that means that a major impact for the east coast. These colors, you ha to match em with the probability. The oranges 70 thats all offshore. Onshore, 20 to 30. So still, a 70 likelihood that they may not even get Hurricane Force winds. It in our area, interior counties, and along the coast about a 39 to 55 mile an hour wind. And, bottom line, based on the current track this is not our storm in the bay area. And, you will be closer in highlands county. And, maybe by the time youre on again, at the top of the hour. Politics is a good conversation starter. But you might want to bring it just hours away from the Vice President debate. Meanwhile, clinton is hitting up pennsylvania. Trump supporters were thinking by now, that we would have more information that could hurt the clinton campaign. And, instead we got julia putting on a video. So if you come in here and you get blasted by those kinds of winds, if you take that to the extreme of a category four or were looking at force that can take out an entire wall is basically inflate a house. Election supervisors around the state are urging voters to not only make sure that your address on the registration is right but that the signature is up to date as well. Because how you sign the ballot can make a difference on more than a month before election day this crew is shipping more than 175,000 to voters. As a request come in, we will continue to send out more. When you get it, how you sign it might be as crucial as turning it in. Election workers have to verify your signature one that they have on file. If it doesnt match they will reject it. Its its been a while since you registered to vote. But at this point this isnt something that we consider a very high probability. And, it shouldnt be a flood event. And, Hurricane Force winds are in the east coast. And as we have been saying, across haiti, just about ready to clip the eastern trip that point it would start to move up to the northwest where the Hurricane Centers going with category four. And, it could change on air is those new numbers come in. But at this point in time, this map is about 70 miles offshore. That is the official forecast. 70 miles to the east of our east coast. And if that were to verify, about or emails out. Unless this track is closer, and i think that it could be, if this were to verify, i doubt that we would see anything more than a hurricane cost and you see the track clearly could go a little bit more to the west. And, if this track were to stay at least 60 miles offshore i think that the effects on the east coast of florida would be a lot lower. It could be an is the probability of Hurricane Force winds. And, this will update with the new 5 pm. And, 20 to 30 chance there. I think that will probably go higher over the next 24 hours. In the probability of Tropical Storm force winds this is important for the area. And, there is another graphic and, a 40 chance of those wins. And, those hurricane winds are near zero. Thats something we do not need to worry about right now. And, lets not freak out over a slim chance. By tomorrow morning, continue to watch the track. And, eventually as you can see, the latest model keeps it offshore. And, thats indeed the case. Because if it is, significantly lower impact on the east coast of florida. And, right now, there is a storm that we showed you with the mainsail. And for partly cloudy skies, the impacts will not be tonight or tomorrow. And, as matthew gets closer to the east coast, potentially nudging east coast. And, we told you about emails and bones, thought about an insulin pump .
