In other news this morning, a Delaware County neighborhood is reeling after a toddler was shot and killed in an apparent accident involving a gun. The deadly shooting happened yesterday in chester township. The toddler between 2 and 3 years old and called junior found a gun under a bed and shot himself in the chest. Family members were overcome with grief outside the house on bethel road yesterday. I cant say im sure what happened here, and i know hes gone, and hes a child, a baby, and he had so much potential. And then stabbing a councilman is under arrest and he turned himself into police and denied stabbing the councilman and says he didnt know him. The doctors are treating at least 48 others injured after Police Say Three attackers drove a van into people on London Bridge and then got out and used knives to attack patrons at nearby pubs.
