Getting a gaper delay. Brake lights going off there. Starting to slow down, again, 202 southbound route 209, whenever we have wet roadways we know we can start to see problems like that, which is a spin out, casino whatever were seeing, schuylkill headlights moving in the eastbound direction, this is before montgomery drive. You can see, wet roadways here. You can see kind of being lit up by the headlight, approaching all of the rain, or the splatter coming up on the windshield behind you. Authorities caught up with him and 15 Year Old Girl in a remote cabin in Northern California last week. Two had been the subject after nationwide search for over a month. Cummings faces charges of kidnapping and sexual contact with a minor. If convicted he could face ten years in prison. We are also learning more about tad cummings alleged plans. Court document say he was planning to take the girl to mexico and took a boat from san diego on test run, documents also call cummings dangerous flight risk, the girls father now reunited with her in tennessee feared he would never see her again.
