Michigan state legislators are debating the merits of a bailout package that could tie the tide the teachers over this summer, but right now the money isnt there. In the last five years, the number of aedes albopictus have increased substantially. The numbers are still relatively low compared to other mosquitoes in the state, but the trends are that that mosquito is increasing.
