In colorado we have been very fortunate with a number of very courageous bankers and Credit Union Members where we dont have the same banking problem you have here in california. We have a credit union thats actively taking deposits and have written a book about how to take deposits and what to do in terms of managing the board and other regulations that go boo the industry.
