Just as weve seen with the recent attacks in europe and the middle east, terrorists are often recruited online and are very difficult to detect. Unlike alqaeda of the old days there doesnt have to be and wont necessarily be a commanding control relationship between somebody who instigates an incident and isil as an organization. And as a result that monsoonal moisture going to be pulling out of here. Giving you a live look at this hour, partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies over the bay. As we look towards San Francisco you can see on the back side along the coastline we have the low clouds and fog that will continue throughout the afternoon. The marine layer just under 2,000 feet deep. Those low clouds could actually become an issue for fireworks as we get into your 4th of july evening. Well talk about that in just a moment. Notice lake tahoe clouds there, and the showers begin to develop into the afternoon. I want to stop it here tomorrow night.
