When you have high water, moving water with all the snags we have on the water we need firefighters to be prepared. Training happens throughout the year but swift water exercises have been taking part more frequently because the snow pack melting. With all the water, snow pack 180 , the river is full, flowing full, yeah, major concern. Reporter firefighters simulate a rescue down the river using rope teb necks.
