Two suspects in the case, Robert Randolph and maria lebron are believed to return to the philadelphia area following the shooting detectives say on october 15th the pair went to a house to buy marijuana after flying here in from the east coast. At some point during the transaction, randolph opened fire allegedly killing two people and injuring a third. New video tonight showing the Moments Police opened fire on a man driving an rv. The Police Department said the driver was trying to run down officers. It happened near heyward and ten tennyson park. We have more on the dramatic video. Reporter heyward neighborhoods shaken up after a terrifying scene played out in front of their homes. We heard a screeching, a car screeching, my mom turned off the lights because she got scared. Reporter police say it began when the driver of this camper had an altercation with a park ranger. Within Minutes Police showed up. Thats when the driver tried to run over officers who then fired at the rv. Put your hands up. The incidents happened in front of a house party, frightening guests and making them run for cover. A lot. Reporter witnesses say as the driver of the camper was trying to get away he hit one car and slammed in to other cars. You see how close these cars are right now, they werent parked this way. It was like a domino effect, one car hit the over hit the effect smashing them together. The police pulled the suspect from the camper and arrested him. Neighbors were shocked out quickly it went out of control. I was shocked, yeah. The suspect is expected to survive. No officers were injured. The fbi says they have the search warrant they need to give agents authority to go through recently discovered emails that put the heat on Hillary Clinton again. On friday, fbi director james comey announced a batch of emails related to clintons use of a private server. They were found on a long time aides computer, huma abedin. She is the former wife of anthony weiner. They will be able to see how many are duplicates and ones not copied will be checked for classified information that could be new. It shows the unidentified man arguing with the Police Officer about the dog saying just because shes a pit bull does not mean because hes afraid of pit bulls this is happening. We spoke to a spokesperson about the incident and they confirm they are looking in to what happened but dont have the facts. They say Service Animals are allowed on cable cars but operators have the duty to keep passengers safe. In this case the operator did not feel it was a safe situation for the passengers on board or for themselves. And asked police to intervene. It is not clear if the dog was a Service Animal or not. Dogs are allowed on cable cars, but if they are not a service dog they must be on a leash and muzzled. One side called it a soda tax, the other a grocery tax. If you are confused, you are not alone. Reporter according to records filed with the San Francisco ethics foundation, thats what the American Beverage Association has spent to defeat the tax. Last thing oakland needs is a tax on groceries. More about the soda and stuff like that, to educate the kids. Reporter as currently written, the measure calls for a one cent per one ounce tax on sugar sweetened beverages within city limits. A two liter bottle has 68 ounces and so the tax would be 68 cents. We believe it is a grocery tax. The tax is funded largely by the American Beverage Association. It is meant to tax soda, not groceries. Are you confused on the issue . Absolutely not. He says in order to keep prices low, stores said they may raise over prices. 70 said we will spread the cost across the items in the stores. That makes Better Business sense for us. The quake in august killed 300 people. Continuing coverage of a story we have been following involving the 49ers and the city of santa krclara. The papers must explain how the 49 evers have spent taxpayer cash. An independent auditor told nbc the taxpayer funds could have been used to recede the field several times, which is illegal. The city has threatened to take over the stadiums operations. The 49ers released a statement reading in part the mayors accusations that money is going from the citys general fund in to the stadium are false and irresponsible as the mayor knows since she voted for the agreement. The stadium does not use general fund money. Are california dentists doing too much and putting lives at risk . Thats a question we ask earlier this year when we told you the story about a boy who died following a routine dental appointment. How your next trip to the dentist could be different. Reporter in february of this past year, mary ellen took her son to a dentist in tracey, who acted alone sedated the 2yearold with a local anesthetic to treat a rotten molar. Following the procedure he was rushed to the hospital. The diagnosis was brain damage. They said it was probably from the anesthesia that it was a lot. Reporter she had a choice whether to keep alejandro on life support. He was gone. Reporter his death echos the case of caleb sears, the 6yearold from albany who died after visiting a dentist who administered anesthesia and removed a tooth. The circumstances are different but the outcome is the same. Both boys are dead and the state accused both dentists of failures in drug doses and monitoring. The goal has to be not one more caleb. Reporter the dbc is the dental board of california that licenses and polices dentists. After callebs death in 2015, the legislature ordered them to study the safety of dentists giving kids anesthesia. I wish someone had done this years ago and saved caleb. Reporter the state has never before tracked how many kids died but discovered records that were inconsistent and redacted. The data was reviewed by the board and found nine deaths over the past five years. Cases the board calls poor outcomes. There doesnt seem to be a clear pattern. The board is considering change. Steps that have states have taken, requiring three people during complex anesthesia and a special permit to sedate children and requiring more expertise. There are some things we are doing right and some we could do better. Reporter the American Academy of pediatrics is callingen the board to use anesthesia themselves. Not one more child should suffer a preventable death in a dental chair. Reporter cases that dont end in death are just as important and those arent tracked either. So we reviewed 380 state accusations against dentists. Those involving anesthesia. Some recovered, others were left with conditions as severe as brain damage. Professor larry trap argues the practice of dentists administering anesthesia themselves should end. We have to get through tonight and in tomorrow. We are drying out but some slick spots across the peninsula and south bay. In the 50s and 0s. As you wake up tomorrow we will start off the day dry. The next system will be moving in. It will increase cloud cover tomorrow. And it will bring rain back by tomorrow. Future cast shows just that.
