Twentythreeyearold logan rogers remains behind bars after Law Enforcement says he admitted to disposeing the body girlfriends 13monthold child. Reporter Laramie County spokesperson linda gisel, said that change has underlied the importance of locateing the body. Youre able to determine cause of death, manner of death.
