So id say overall its good. I think most of the big name Tech Companies are showing good results and so on a broad brush, i think we would be more of a buyer than anything. Nicole what would you say that these could be another tech bubble. 17 years since the nasdaq crossed 5,000. We remember that in the year 2,000, could this be a tech bubble . I dont think this is a bubble. You had companies that were leading that really had anything in revenue much less profits who was just a lot of hype and stories and eyeballs were a big term, what was getting eyeballs. Most of the companies have real earnings, real revenue, totally different situation, plus bubbles, you know, almost represent euphoria and thats not the case at all. I dont think bubble is really the proper analysis of whats going on. Lauren is there a disconnect with what we are seeing and we get a gdp and we are looking at 1. 1 growth, is there a disconnect there . Once again, you to go to the individual stories. I would say no, theres not a big disconnect. Earnings are good. There are stocks that are its a very stock market, meaning some of those, those have been most of the action thats happened this year and in the last couple of years thats really been where the action has been but not in a broad, broad sense and so id say no. You talk about take to go 20 or 15, the amount of money that companies will make will be pretty earthshattering, the interesting part is what companies do with that money. A lot of Large Companies in the last, you know, several years have used their excess cash to really not invest in plan or equipment, they basically been buying back their own stocks, so with a lot more profits, youll see further buyouts, Large Companies acquiring smaller companies. Itll be bullish for the entire market, i believe, but specially small cap stocks. Lauren which companies and he small caps are going to do best under this plan . If you look not just at the tax breaks but the decrease in regulations, thats probably as big as anything. You have much less regulations out there, a lot of the reason there hasnt been a lot of investment in companies and in entries but its hard to do because of all the regulations. If you have lower taxes, a lot less regulation, money coming over from overseas and a much more bullish attitude, i think all stocks should do a lot better. Thats really what the market has been telling you since the election. If you look at yesterdays action, the markets. Slightly down but the strongest part of the market was the small caps, russell 2000 was up significant yesterday, i think thats directly related to to the tax breaks coming for all companies. Those are senators that are looking to up their game and increase their profile for 2020 and beyond. So the senate is where where youre going to get a lot of debate. Americans really want this hits them in their pocketbook hard and more than anything they want to make sure that the premiums go up and the house compromise bill does allow states a lot more leverage to make that happen. What is the importance and the relevance between one and the other and how important is it that both snases. Right. Of course, its important because President Trump made this a priority during the campaign but the difficult things is these are two extremely complex industries to reform and health care refers to one industry where as tax reform involves every industry.
