Republican leaders of the house are behind closed doors trying to convert noes and neighbors on the health care redo. It is alive and kicking, but will it stand up . There are holdout members, we just got word of one republican who says not only am i not going to vote for the new one, my stance has gotten even tougher and harder. Fair and balanced Freedom Caucus member Mark Stanford and democratic congressman take us inside the closeddoor meetings happening on capitol hill. Lieutenant colonel ralph peters is here. The usf vincent is now within striking distance of north korea. Colonel peters on what the commanderinchief must order our military and our statesman to do next as leader kim jongun rattles his Nuclear Program saber. Bill gates favorite unicorn under attack by dc activists is a Smear Campaign underway . Or is airbnb disrupting the entire Housing Market in the nations capitol . And this controversy involves a questionable ad. Its a countdown exclusive you cant miss straight ahead. On wall street, the markets have a hawkeye on the nasdaq and the russell. Both trying to take aim at another page in the history books. You have to stay with me. Its an hour to the closing bell. Lets start the countdown. Liz all right. Breaking news, we have just gotten word that at least one Republican House member dan donovan of new york, hes a centrist, but hes a republican saying he will not, he will not vote for the Health Care Bill that has just been revised. Now, he may be one, but we have house leaders at the moment trying to get many of the House Republicans who didnt like it to flip. So as we watch that very closely, were looking at the markets too. We do have jumping higher on the belief that these converts will come around. They will become converts. Weve got an avalanche of earnings as well that are after the bell. Amazon, alphabet, microsoft among those names. But guess what . More than 20 companies to release their numbers after the bell, thats not the breaking news when it comes to the markets. Its that those tech names are already spinning the nasdaq into rarefied air before they even report. Nasdaq on track to hit its third record close in a row. It is higher by 22 points. We are watching the russell 2,000 index. Small cap stocks, remember, they finished at a record high, alltime high, were watching that right now, but it appears the russell is just having a little bit of trouble staying above the flat line. It has been quite an up and down day for certainly the dow jones industrials. Weve had more than 70point swing here. Right now the dow is up 13, had been up 30, has been down 39 points. And as we look at the nasdaq right now, its up 21. S p up about two points. It too has had about an eightpoint swing here, and then you see the russell down one and a third points. It has been quite a move here as the trump tax plan that had been talked about as what was really sort of that driver and generated so much creativity, its really what is unveiling and weighing on investors as details do emerge. White house spokesperson sean spicer just saying moments ago tadeferrals in your 401 k s could be in jeopardy. Gary cohn yesterday top economic adviser said, no, your Retirement Savings are safe. Now let me get to the house news, to flip House Republicans and get them to vote for the revised Health Care Plan are going on behind closed doors right now. House gop leaders meeting with moderates. Trying to get them not only to flip their vote but to do it soon. Republican congressman dan donovan, and this is just moments ago. He got before the fox cameras and said its a hard no on the new plan. The rules committee is expected to meet later today on health care. All of this as you still got the threat of a government shut down looming. Let us bring in congressman john of california, he is a democrat. Were waiting on congressman mark sanford who is running in, hes the republican from south carolina. But ill start with you, representative. Where do you stand on this oh, theres mark sanford. Good to see you. But as hes getting ready all right. Good were thrilled. This is, by the way, a fair and balanced exclusive. Glad youre both here. Well start with representative. Have any democrats been asked to go in the closeddoor meetings right now with house membership . Were certainly not on the generally speaking, the democrats are 100 no. The original bill that came up and failed, didnt even go to a vote three weeks ago has been made worse, in my view, and i think in the view of almost every democrat or in every democrat by the proposed amendment. So its gone from bad to worse. So on our team, if you want to do something to improve the Health Care Insurance policies in america, were there to talk about that. But this is going in the wrong direction. Liz congressman sanford, have you seen the revised bill . And you are a member of the freedom ucus, the original team that dug their heels in on the first Health Care Plan. Will you vote for it . At this point, yes, im absolutely leaning that direction. To my colleagues point, the bill in its original form was not ready for prime time. If you think about it, we had 17 days prior to when we were expected to vote that friday in contrast the Affordable Care act, 186 days, medicare that president bush fought 166 days. I think that this has been a rushed debate in fairness of folks on both sides of it. Liz okay. But to that point, looking at, you know, the fact that the new one, and weve heard this. I dont know if its true. But it will eliminate some of the obamacare ideas that were extremely popular that President Trump actually said we should keep. And that would be the covering people with preexisting conditions. Now that leaves it up to the states. That may be highly unpopular. It might or it might not be. It depends on the state. I think that what were looking at here is in fairness to democratic colleagues and in fairness to folks of a lot of different stripes and shapes baked into the cake of any reform i think is coverage of preexisting conditions and staying on your parents plan until the age of 26. But what i think is that allowing states different options in terms of what they think makes most sense for their population is something that i think is political residence. But my colleague i think really did toss the ball back to the states, and we have a pretty good indication of what the states will do in the Affordable Care act, there is an opportunity for the states to expand coverage through the medicaid program. And a majority of the states, i think over 30, chose not to do that. The result is if were looking to the states to protect individuals, theres a track record that says that they wont. The allegiance of this very fundamental prohibition against insurance discrimination based upon your Health Status really ought to be a national principle. Liz yeah, its going to be questioned i need to get to the tax plan that Steve Mnuchin and gary cohn unveiled. Congressman sanford, i remember when you were governor of south carolina, you were one of those governors who refused to take bailout money for your state because you were so if i sa so if so fiscally conservative. Tell me if you support this new tax plan, which of course is extraordinarily popular for many people because it will cut all of our taxes, yes. But, you know, i was talking to some people yesterday who said how can conservatives look anybody in the eye and say that they can vote for this when it is far from revenue neutral. Theres just nothing to pay for it, except the belief that the growth stimulated by it will pay for it. Lets be clear about what we have right now. We have a onepage working sheet as to quote a plan, and i think what anybody on capitol hill would tell you is that the devils in the details. Its a real estate deal in new york for former president for President Trump prior to him being president , and its true here on capitol hill. So i think it has to be flushed out. I think those deficit implications would consequently lead to a lot of push back from people on both the right and the left. Liz and before we go, and we do have to run, im getting yelled at, but the Senate Leader for the democrats said yesterday in a statement that this will hurt quote tens of millions of middle class people. Why is that if theyre cutting rates on every level . 10 , 20 , and 35 . Well, as the governor said, its in the details. Certainly, the details that we do know are that this is also coupled with the Health Insurance program in which there are clear benefs taken away from the middle class because of the tax cuts that are in both of these proposes. In addition to that, youre looking at the allegiance of the state tax, which only hits the top 10 of americans. So the trumps are going to do very, very well of the estate tax. Liz i know congressman sanford, you want to get going on this. We must i would love to have you both back because it is a great fair and balanced discussion. Thank you very much. Thank you. Liz congressman mark sanford and congressman john. Look, todays going to be likely the busiest day of he didnt season as some of the most highly valued companies in the world will report earnings. Just check this the total market cap for all the Companies Reporting today alone well surpasses 2 trillion, and is likely to close in on 3 trillion. In fact, the top six Largest Companies you may own many of them announcing their financials for the last quarter topped 2 trillion in combined market caps. So what can we expect from earnings this afternoon . And really, from the perception about the tax reform plan and how it drives the markets. We take it to the floor show. I want to begin with our trader at the New York Stock Exchange teddy, why are we jumping up and down below the flat line right now . Why the indecisiveness . Its been a big week. We had two plus 200 days backtoback, you know, were sort of digesting those gains. We had a lot of high profile earnings this morning before the opening unbalanced. To me, they look pretty good if not very good. We do get a bunch more after the close. This is one of the biggest days for earnings from high profile companies. You know, at the end of the day, its all about top line, bottom line, and guidance. And sure, weve got plenty of positive stuff this morning. I suspect we do get a little bit more this afternoon. I think the markets in good shape, in spite of the fact that were kind of dancing around what you would say the zero line today. Liz were looking at amazon up 1 . These are the names that are going to come out. Some of the big ones. Microsoft is slightly higher. So it will be an exciting after the bell session. Todd and dont worry, jeff, im getting to you because oil prices are dropping. But, todd, tell me which earnings number tends to set the tone for the entire market . Is there that one name that does so . Well, theres the underlying Bank Financials earnings that really set the tone for wall street, and that will set the tone for the market. But if youre looking at microsoft earnings today, a lot of microsofts cash rests overseas and a lot of this tax reform and Corporate Tax cuts could bring a lot of that cash back to the states back to wherever microsoft wants to put it domestically, and that would be a big move. And the stock market while it is had a huge week. Lets not forget, the stock market is basically unchanged back from when the fed changed rates back in march. The stock market has basically made back what it lost since last. And we have one next week. Liz isnt that funny we havent talked a lot about the fed lately, that has been to the backseat but speaking of cars, we have gasoline prices, natural gas, oil, all of them falling today, and im just wondering beyond the oil story, which is that livia has started up once again is oil fields, which had been offline, and that certainly is adding to an already bloated market. Whats moving gasoline prices for consumer and investor audiences that are watching right now. Again, we are early in the season here. Remember, most of the most of the time the real season shoots around memorial day here. So, again, this is some of the fighting here of among the market. Right now most of what youre saying is technical. We broke down in crude oil below 52. 5, so this market is being sell on rallies and continues to be until further notice. We came into some support here a little lower, and we bounced back a dollar off those lows. So, again, the market has fallen out of bed totally. And, again, this is probably going to have some narrowing actionhe next couple of weeks. The real test will be after the memorial day weekend, and we see how driving season is shaking out. Liz good to see all of you. Teddy, todd, jeffrey, we love you guys. So great to have you here. The dow is up 12 points. So, again, were watching a market in motion. And, boy, it may move in the aftermarket session, at least some of these stocks. Fox business is on the Earnings Reports. Amazon, alphabet, microsoft, and others at the top of the hour. Dave and melissa will dive deep into those numbers after the bell. Closing bell, 46 minutes away. Bill gates told countdown to the closing bell last year exclusively that airbnb is his favorite unicorn. Its disrupting the Hotel Industry and maybe even the rental industry in the nations capitol . Well, opponents are fighting back. Were going to show you the new antiairbnb ad. But find out the controversy behind this particular ad. Who was that woman . Is she really who she says she is . But either way, is there a credible question about it . Plus, aluminum, the next commodity on President Trumps trade hit list. He has china, russia, canada, and mexico in his crosshairs. Jeff flock in our cameras crosshairs. Jeff. And we are the only ones giving you an up close and personal look at the aluminum industry. A very hot industry right now. How hot . Well, take a look at that. It looks almost like a movie set. 1400 degrees fahrenheit and live reaction from the president of jupiter aluminum to presiden President Trumps action in just a moment why pause a spontaneous moment . Cialis for daily use treats ed and the urinary symptoms of bph. Tell your doctor about your medicines, and ask if your heart is healthy enough for sex. Do not take cialis if you take nitrates for chest pain, or adempas® for pulmonary hypertension, as this may cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure. Do not drink alcohol in excess. To avoid longterm injury, get medical help right away for an erection lasting more than four hours. If you have a sudden decrease or loss of hearing or vision, or an allergic reaction, stop taking cialis and get medical help right away. Ask your doctor about cialis. Liz we have breaking news. United has just reached a settlement with that passenger who was dragged off the chicago flight april 9th. No amount has been disclosed. But dr. David dow made waves around the world after it appeared on video and many people cell phone cameras that he was pulled off that flight to louisville and in essence, he had already paid for the ticket, he had been seated, he had his boarding pass, and he ended up bloodied with shattered teeth and a concussion. United announced policy changes today. The stock was down so much that is the was at 68. It is recovering right now. Its at 70. 48. Still down 85 cents but definitely at the highs of the session. United Continental Airlines settling for a undisclosed amount with dr. David dow, the passenger yanked off that plane. Well, first it was a tussle with canada over milk exports and then a u. S. Tariff with canadian imports with will yo lumber. And today the Trump Administration is taking on aluminum imports. President trump signing the memorandum on aluminum imports earlier directing to expedite an investigation into whether aluminum imports are jeopard jeopardizing u. S. National security. The u. S. Aluminum industry has been severely damaged by unfair foreign trade, sheep subsidized foreign imports have flooded into the market, destroying thousands of Great American jobs. Jobs that are no longer. Liz jeff flock is right there in the boiling pits of jupiter aluminum, a mill in indiana. Jeff, the two biggest aluminum importers to the u. S. Canada and china. And theyre concerned certainly that china is dumping cheap aluminum here in the u. S. What kind of strain might this cause on u. S. Relations with those nations . You know, it may cause a strain on those nations, but i tell you, the american aluminum industry is cheered by this. Take a look at what youre looking at. 1400 degrees molton aluminum right there. This is american aluminum, and ive got who just listened to the president. You love what hes done today. Absolutely. We see a fighting chance to compete against china, not just by our own abilities but with the help of the government. May be french, but he is a fierce defender of american aluminum. Look at what imports have done in this country over the last several years. Right now, last year, 18 increase in imports of overseas aluminum. 40 since 2012 theyve gone up. Its now half of the business for aluminum in this country. And well get updated numbers on who is importing it. Its mainly canada but also russia and the uae. You dont mind competition. You just want fair competition. Absolutely. Competitor is good to have. Unfair competition is not fair to have. And mainly you see china operating that way. Im not sure theres any unfair competition coming from canada or russia. But the chinese, we have seen them coming and increasing their volumes in the u. S. With unfair, you know, prices. Instant reaction to the president s move today from the aluminum industry. Jupiter aluminum here in indiana, which is cheered by todays action. Man, its hot. Liz that is fascinating, and i think its important to stress because people dont understand this is that our military uses quite a bit of aluminum. It was the same issue with steel that the president says thats why its a National Security issue if we have to depend on foreign steel. And theres only one smelter that smelts the kind of military Grade Aluminum that we need. Only one left. And there were many before. Liz jeff, thank you. Jeff is going to always bring you the story but through a different prism, and i think thats very important. You guys know this as youve been watching fox business. We just tell that story in a different way. The closing bell ringing in 37 minutes. Forget congress and the battles in congress. Theres a wild dual going on in dc. Local government, businesses and Community Activists taking aim at what could be the next tech unicorn ipo airbnb. This ad, the latest spark to the flames. Whats the complaint and whos really behind this commercial . And should airbnb be faulted for the behavior of its customers . Weve got both sides of the story share better. Org chair and airbnbs Global Policy director chris here to give you their sides of the story. Countdown coming right back feeder. Doesnt feel like the place i grew up or where i raised my children. More and more homes are being used for tourist rentals, strangers coming and going. The airbnb commercial landlords dont care. They dont even live here. Liz youre looking at an ad put out by the Organization Share better d. C. Org. It depict as woman who describes herself as a longtime d. C. Resident very upset big real estate landlords, buying up middle and lowIncome Housing renting them out on airbnb removing Housing Options for longtime residents. The ad aired on a hearing would impose the way Property Owners can profit from airbnb. Are long time remembers dent victims of the superhot startup or are airbnb competitors driving that message . Valerie irvin, d. C. Advisor of working families was present at last nights hearing. Explain the problem you say residents and renters are facing you blame on airbnb. Irst of all, my organization is very much of home sharing, when an individual rents out a room in their own home, to make ends meet, make extra money, we think that is fantastic, but what weve seen in d. C. , other markets like d. C. , the commercial of whole buildings, more than one home is actually having an impact on the ability for d. C. Residents to remain in their homes and have it be off fordable. Liz that sound like, forgive me for interrupting like a problem with unethical lands lords than issue with airbnb. Why attack airbnb . There is an issue with airbnb, because theyre coming into the city, buying up entire buildings, rent control buildings put there for homeowners having trouble affording a home. Airbnb is buying up buildings and leasing out the rooms. Liz sorry, can we go back to that graphic because it shows the number of hotels versus airbnb. The airbnb are little tiny green dots. The hotels are orange dots all over, this is on airbnbs website. I need he to get to the ad. The woman in the ad, valerie, reportedly shows a d. C. Resident. We dig digging an actress and model named joanna powell, her bio says i live in west harlem. That would be in new york. Your ad is listed one of the six commericals she has done. Is she a is not a resident of that d. C. Neighborhood . I wouldnt be able to answer the question because i had nothing to do with the ad on the air. Lets get back to the real issue. Yesterday at the hearing, more than 400 d. C. Residents were showing up in great force to voice their opinions about how how displeased they are to their neighborhoods, and what is happening to the Affordable Housing stocks from airbnb. If airbnb dig up by an ad made by a person i dont know, not focus on real issue at hand here, that is d. C. Residents are up in arms about their neighborhoods being up for sale by commercial players like airbnb. Liz let me say as a Business Network, we cover a lot of what are called disruptors, they step on the air hoses the old school industries. Wall street journal funds share better activities. No secret airbnb turned Hotel Industry upside down. I want to bring in airbnbs side of the story. Chris lehane, youre head of Global Policy at airbnb. Who do you say is behind this ad. Liz, thank you for having me. Couple things, working families parties a historically Great Organization representing working families is part of the share better coalition. And share better is running this ad. And this ad, at least based on everything weve seen and are aware of duplicitous and deceptive. The woman in that ad in fact does not live in anac. Ost independent a. She lives in new york. She has been in the movie, intern, pharmaceutical ads, she does not live in in in an anaco. What is deceptive, this part of the city, there are hundreds and hundreds of air bmb hosts, working middleclass families, making ends meeting making available their homes. There is historically little hotels there. Im sort of surprised someone representing working families is actually aligning themselves with the Hotel Industry against everyday people. We have hostsn washinon d. C. They make 5800 bucks a year. Theyre middle class people, there were absolutely hundreds and hundreds of people talking about just our value proposition. One last point. She represents buying up buildings in washington, d. C. , that is completely inaccurate. Factually inaccurate. Demonstrably in inaccurate. Liz you dont purchase big buildings supposed to be for low Income Housing . That is exactly. Were a platform. People woman on. They represent themselves. Liz valley, let me make this clear for our viewers, do you or share better or your Organization Get any money from the Hotel Industry or lobbyists groups with the industry. Not to my knowledge, we do not. I find it really disturbing to hear mr. Lehane talk about the fact they do not purchase buildings or more than one home. Theyre purchasing up entire buildings and theyre leasing them out. Liz what is the proof on that . Because he saying he doesnt. We have a report that indicates that that is happening. And as a matter of fact, the attorney general of d. C. Two days ago sent out a press release that there is a company that uses very similar platform as airbnb, that is being sued by the city. So there is a lot of investigation going on. Liz okay. I have to jump in here. Youre talking about completely she is talking about a completely different company. Airbnb is very transparent. In fact we did a study involving one of the leading nonprofit housing entities in washington, d. C. , that drilled down to the neighborhood level and zip code level, documented what we were talking about. Look it is really important to be accurate here, right . There is time where there is tremendous inequality. Were not solution for economic inequality at airbnb we help everyday people to use their housto make ds meet. This is organization that is not how you make your money. That is not how airbnb makes their money. Please be accurate with the facts. She is misrepresenting who who the people and misrepresenting basic fact. There is no representation of facts going on here. Liz were running out of tile. Well have you both back. Well continue to follow this story, fair and balanced. Good to see both of you, valerie irvin, d. C. Working families senior advisor, chris lehane, airbnb Global Policy head. Markets are still clinging to a tiny bit of green. Russell 2000 not quite there. Nasdaq could be on track for alltime record close. Liberty mutual stood with me when this guy got a flat tire in the middle of the night. Hold on dad. Liberty did what . Yeah, Liberty Mutual 24hour roadside assistance helped him to fix his flat so he could get home safely. My dad says our insurance doesnt have that. Dont worry i know what a lug wrench is, dad. Is this a lug wrench . Maybe . You can leave worry behind when liberty stands with you™. Liberty stands with you™. Liberty mutual insurance. The slopes like i used to. I even accept i have a higher risk of stroke due to afib, a type of irregular heartbeat not caused by a heart valve problem. But whatever trail i take, i go for my best. So if theres Something Better than warfarin, ill go for that too. Eliquis. Eliquis reduced the risk of stroke better than warfarin, plus had less major bleeding than warfarin. Eliquis had both. Dont stop taking eliquis unless your doctor tells you to, as stopping increases your risk of having a stroke. Eliquis can cause serious and in rare cases fatal bleeding. Dont take eliquis if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. While taking eliquis, you may bruise more easily. And it may take longer than usual for any bleeding to stop. Seek immediate medical care for sudden signs of bleeding, like unusual bruising. Eliquis may increase your bleeding risk if you take certain medicines. Tell your doctor about all planned medical or dental procedures. Im still going for my best. And for eliquis. Ask your doctor about eliquis. Liz we understand the Trump Administration is saying it plans to make north korea stop its Nuclear Program within months. How will they do it leader kim jongun says thats a jock, that is not going to happen . We have retire Army Lieutenant colonel ralph peters. Colonel, options should be considered just as the uss vinson is now within striking distance of north korea . Well, liz, this is the most challenging, the most difficult geostrategic problem we face. It makes isis look like childs play. Liz oh. People in the United States, especially those not familiar with military operations imagine this can be done with some sort of limited surgical strike. If we were indeed compelled to take out north Koreas Nuclear Development Program and missile programs it, would be a real war because we couldnt just do that. We would have to take as much as we could their ability to retaliatainst south korea, against japan. It would be a wave of strikes, that in my view would have to be more intense than those launched against saddam hussein, if you do it right to strip retaliatory capability. This is not something taken lightly. This is not just washington games. That being said, we never should forget for all of our federal government does to us and for us, its primary reason for existence to protect the United States citizens and territories and if it comes to a threat against our territory and citizens, we do have to act. Liz how about this, colonel . This is just moving on the wires. Vladmir putin, the russian leader, is now calling for resumption of six Way International talks on north korea. What does that mean . Tell our viewers. It means Vladmir Putin is trying to be a player. He suffered a number of geostrategic reverses lately but the key player here liz does that tamp down some tensions . No. Because russia is irrelevant to this. China is the only external party that really matters. And china, i think, i fear, has misled President Trump thinking they are really going to do something this time. They have run this past a number our president s. If china isnt ready to act decisively eventually we start shooting. How does this all play in . We dont mean to be crass, but as a Business Network im wondering if some of that has to do with keeping a bigger gains on a day like today . I suspect it would, i would certainly be concerned. Again, this isnt, this isnt syria and cruise missiles. If we had to, go in against north korea, it would be a real war. Now. We dont have to do it yet. There is still some time. Peace would be better. Kim jongun is so unpredictable but so uninformed about the reality of his military situation we could wind up in a conflict nobody really want. Liz colonel ralph peters, thank you so much. Thank you, liz. Liz great to have your perspective as always. The closing bell is ringing in 17 minutes. Unveiling a massive tax plan and the next gary cohn is suddenly in new york, accepting a Leadership Award from Software Giant sap. I was there last night as sap ceo Bill Mcdermott presented cohn with the award. Guess what . Cohn told me he is a fan of countdown. Gary cohn did say though, he has a little bit of a bone to pick with the man sitting next to me. Is he going to he say he doesnt look like daddy warbucks. Loves countdown. What with he say about me . Tell me. Did he curse . Liz he says this guy is getting wrong on stuff about him . He doesnt look like daddy warbucks . Liz the two pounds of meat thing i think he had the bone to pick. I didnt say he eight little babies for breakfast. Jesus. Liz good news he is watching. Gary . Liz congratulations. Daddy warbucks youre doing him proud. Liz i have to prompt gasparino. Charlie broke it here on countdown, that derek jeter and jeb bush are the preferred bidders for the miami marlins. Its a gigantic curveball . Its a one billion dollar curveball. We reported that they were the preferred bidder for the team. There is other bidders out there, but theyre deemed the preferred bidder. Bloomberg said they won the bidding war. They did not win the bidding war, what were about to report will confirm it 135,000 . We understand from people both close to jeter and jeb bush, as well as Major League Baseball, they need in order to complete th bid, they bid 1. 34 billion, they need to go out and raise 1 billion, nearly a billion dollars in cash to complete this thing, which is no easy feat. We understand theyre casting a very wide net, gary fleming, investment banker, our friend, former head at Morgan Stanley is out looking for potential investors in south america. The problem there are not that willing to give people 100 million. Get 10 people, 100 million, not take some control of the company. That is the problem i understand. From what i understand jeb and jeter will put in together 200 million. The rest will come from outside sources. They may have a little bit of financing but we should point out that, Major League Baseball wants mostly cash. This is team already has debt. They hate teams that have debt, then there is a problem with ownership. You have got to sell it around cant grow the franchise. They had bad problems with that in the past. So Major League Baseball wants mostly cash and that is the quandary theyre in. We should point out that Major League Baseball, the commissioner himself, manfred, gone out there basically said this isnt a done deal and approach us it is a done deal. Im telling you it is not. They have to go out and raise the money. They were considered preferred bid as we were first port. They have negotiation exclusivity, we think there is time through june. If anybody knows how to raise money to do deals, you . Liz he can do the gift wrapping thing like my kids do, go doortodoor. Greg fleming he put together major be clear who greg fleming is. He was number two at Morgan Stanley and merrill lynch, and as the financial crisis was going he was smart enough to sell merrill nch at ba oamerica. He did the deal. He done many others. Blackrock, sold 50 or 49 of blackrock to merrill. He knows rich people. This is what im going to tell you. This is the headline on the story. My story is on foxbusiness. Com. Major league baseball, owners really want this deal to go through. Why . If the marlins can be worth, mediocre team like the marlins worth 1. 34 billion, guess what every other team is, their values go up. Here is what we understand, the yankees will be worth if this thing goes through, 5 billion from the current level of 3. 2 billion. That is the yankees. At 3. 2 theyre still major leagues most valuable franchise. They will be worth according to people inside of Major League Baseball 5 billion if this happens given the way the metrics work. Liz as they cobble together a team to raise this billion dollars, i will throw in 500 buck. Why cant you get gary cohn . Why cant you get daddy warbucks to throw in a few bucks. Liz they need steve balmer. Geir i cone, why cant you get in. Liz that is what little orphan annie said. He got the all the money, taxfree. Taxfree. Got a big tax break. Okay.
