After the sentencing, the home secretary called for an urgent review of controls on drugs such as ghb. Thats the drug sinaga is believed to have used on his victims. Our Home Affairs Correspondent june kelly reports. Its been described as a party drug. Ghb is said to reduce inhibitions and increase sexual pleasure.
