We all want to focus more on our health – especially in the midst of a seemingly never-ending pandemic – but where do you start? Centers for Disease Control (CDC) suggests a minimum of either 150 minutes of moderate-intensity workout or 75 minutes of heavy workout a week. Doing so can have a variety of positive effects such as a healthier brain, weight loss, better circulation, better mood, sleep* and even sexual function.
