Reed Knox Christensen was allegedly seen assaulting police in body camera footage from the Jan. 6 attack.
A Hillsboro man has been arrested on charges related to the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, federal prosecutors announced Monday, April 26.
Reed Knox Christensen, 62, was charged with assaulting, resisting, impeding or interfering with law enforcement, engaging in an act of physical violence in a Capitol building, entering or remaining on restricted grounds without lawful authority, among other charges, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Oregon.
Christensen was on the lower west terrace of the Capitol grounds where U.S. Capitol Police were protecting the building from rioters, according to court documents.
