Man killed while sitting in car at East Side drive-thru line

A South Side man was killed Monday night after being shot while sitting in a drive-thru line on the city's East Side.
Columbus police said Ldarrin O'Neal, 19, was in the drive-thru line at Thirsty's Drive-Thru, located at 4027 E. Livingston Ave., around 9:55 p.m. Monday when the shooting happened.
Police said O'Neal was waiting in a vehicle behind a maroon, four-door hatchback with fog lights.
At some point while the two vehicles were in line, two men got out of the hatchback and approached O'Neal's car. A struggle occurred and shots were fired. The two men then fled the scene in the hatchback, police said.
