The Kent County Sheriff's Office has been investigating reports of a man taking pictures up women's skirts and shorts at stores along 28th St. in Grand Rapids. The suspect, a 33-year-year old from Grattan Township was arrested Tuesday, July 18, 2023 on charges of Surveilling an Unclothed Person, Aggravated Child Sexually Abusive Material, and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime.
