CONCORD –– A Loudon man is facing child sexual assault charges in Concord, following a tip-off from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. 38-year-old Michael Nadeau was arrested in late September after the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children task force received an alert about possible homemade child sexual abuse images being uploaded
