General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Begs Sonny for Fresh Start – New Romance Where They Can't Be Found?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will realize she can still keep Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) secret if she tries hard enough.
