Four men arrested in South Lake Tahoe incidents Wednesday :

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Wednesday was a busy day for the South Lake Tahoe Police Department (SLTPD). Four people were arrested in two separate incidents. SLTPD has been doing a significant amount of proactive directed enforcement towards any possible Fentanyl in South Lake Tahoe after the overdose deaths of four residents on February 12.
