DABS officials meet with Turkmenistan counterparts over Noorul Jihad substation

A Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) delegation recently met with Murad Artikov, head of Turkmenistan's international technical projects department, and his accompanying technical delegation, on progress around Herat’s Noorul Jihad substation project. During the meeting, Breshna Sherkat's leadership requested the Turkmen side finalize proposals, corrections, preparation of documents, and the final agreement on equipment needed
