Dudley Magistrates Court. A MAN from Brierley Hill has been disqualified from driving for 14 months after pleaded guilty to drink driving. Gagandeep Singh of Mill Street drove a vehicle on April 18 after a positive breath test showed he was 10 microgrammes of alcohol over the legal limit. The 46-year-old was also fined £400 and ordered to pay £135 in costs by Dudley Magistrates. A man from Woodsetton has pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer. Wayne Field of Duncroft Walk was fined £150 and ordered to pay £135 in costs after resisting PC Butler in Tipton on April 19. The 41-year-old was also subject to conditional discharge from a previous offence of criminal damage and was fined a further £75.
