WATERBURY - Services for Armando G. Andrade Jr., 70, will be on Saturday, Sept. 2, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, located at 2670 N. Main St. in Waterbury. Calling hours will begin at 1 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m.
Arrangements are under the direction of James Sand
