本局因應上水清河邨及附近地區家庭對服務的殷切需求，自資成立關愛家庭中心，以和諧家庭為主題，為區內兒童、青少年、婦女、長者及新來港人士，提供成長 / 發展小組、義工 / 社區網絡活動及諮詢服務，藉此建立快樂和睦的家庭，締造互助關愛的社區。中心於二零一零年八月投入服務。.
