منظمة مميزون بلا حدود الثقافية التنموية من منظمات المجتمع المدني,غير حكومية وغير سياسيّة وغير ربحيّة, تأسست في 16فبراير 2012م والمصرحة رسميّاً في29 فبراير 2012م وبرقم (6/2012م) ومقرّها الرئيسي في العاصمة صنعاء.
أسّسها مجموعة من شباب اليمن المتطلّع لغدٍ مشرق باسم وجميل وهم يمثلون شباب الحاضر وقادة المستقبل وصمام أمان الوطن..
وهي منظمة ذات منبع وطني مستقل, تهدف إلى المساهمة في التغيير اللازم عن طريق التسلّح بالعلم والمعرفة بغية المساهمة في تحقيق الارتقاء الحضاري للشعب اليمني العظيم واستعادة دوره الريادي, وهي منظمة تُعنى بقضايا الشباب وتساهم في التأطير الثقافي والتنموي والعلمي والفكري والحقوقي لعموم الشباب اليمني..
ونعمل على نشر المعرفة ورفع مستوى الوعي لدى الشباب من الجنسين, ونؤمن بالعلم كأساس للنهوض الحضاري, والتنمية الحقيقية التي تصنع التقدم والازدهار لليمن وتحقّق الرفاهية لأفراد المجتمع, ونرفض سياسة التجهيل وأدواتها بكل وسائلها وإعادة إنتاج التخلّف, ونؤمن بأحقيّة المرأة في التعليم والعمل وبحقوق الإنسان والمواطنة المتساوية والديمقراطية ونبذ العنف والتطرف والتعصب والإرهاب بكافة أشكاله وصوره..
يدير المنظمة هيئة إداريّة مكونة من (15 عضواً وعضوه), ويوجد في المنظمة العديد من دوائر العمل المتخصصة في التدريب والتأهيل والمرأة والطفل والشباب ونشر مبادئ حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية وإعداد الدراسات والوثائق والمطبوعات وغيرها.
