Fondé en 1997, il possède des équipes en D2 Indoor, D3 Outdoor, D2 Beach et D2 Mixte..
L’Ultimate est un sport collectif mixte et sans arbitre apparu aux États-Unis dans les années 1950, où le traditionnel ballon est remplacé par un Frisbee.
Deux équipes de 5 s'affrontent sur un terrain de handball en intérieur, deux équipes de 7 sur un terrain de rugby en extérieur.
Le but est de progresser jusqu’à l’en-but adverse par passes successives..
