ABOUT ME: Since the age of 6 I have trained in many different dance genres and have also been a part of many different competitive sports.
I absolutely love to dance and i'm a fitness freak so when I did my first Zumba class I was so excited to find the two combined in one class, the best combination ever!!!! Then I looked around me to find such a diverse range of people, so many different ages, sizes,shapes,nationalities and dance abilities in one room dancing and shaking it together and everyone had huge SMILES on their faces, they were having so much fun.
It was such a great atmosphere to be in, the positive energy in the room was contagious.
It was so great to be a part of something so different, fun and that makes you sweat like nothing else.
From that moment on I knew it was something I had to be a part of..

I have now been teaching classes since 2010 and it's the best thing I have ever done in my life....My classes absolutely ROCK!!!! you cannot help but smile and SWEAT hard in my class...
My routines are very result driven and and so many have seen massive changes in their bodies.
I love seeing peoples faces smiling back at me and watching as they lose themselves in the music and party with no rules....
I have such a diverse range of people who attend and and It's so rewarding to see the results and to hear the testimonials of leaner, more toned, fit, healthy and much happier bodies and lifestyles that have changed for the better.
