The message read “Brother Grand KRS, as you recall, the Third District Request to Charter a new chapter was approved on contingency of your receiving the proper documentation.
The attached documents have been sent to International Headquarters (IHQ) and are due to arrive on Thursday, March 20th.
Upon your IHQ review, please let me know if anything else is needed”.
The ZMM Charter was subsequently received by U.S.
Mail with the following citation: Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, Chapter Charter.
To All Whom it May Concern – Greetings: Be it known that the Supreme council of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity has hereby established the Zeta Mu Mu #933 Chapter located at Williamsburg, VA.
