Here is a little peak into my world and how I got to where I am...

Since the age of 12 my mindset had been "get as big as possible, as fast as possible".
That mindset served me well..
in football.
I was a big dude.
I had gotten my weight up to 247 pounds, which for my height on the BMI scale - was considered to be obese..

Looking in the mirror I could barely recognize the chubby guy looking back at me.
His face was puffed up like a marshmallow man and his gut left nothing to be admired.
Football was now over and I didn't want to be another one of those fat former football players who never learned how to transition back into the real world (insert image of fat brandon).

I knew it was time for a major change, I dedicated all the free time I had to learning everything I could about nutrition and exercise.
I worked with a world class mentor who taught me everything he knew about creating my perfect body in the most efficient and effective way possible..

13 weeks after implementing these this new knowledge I was on stage competing in an amateur bodybuilding competition.
I weighed in at 197 pounds and had never looked better in my life.

1 year after that I was signed to one of the top fitness modeling agencies in the US (insert image of me during a shoot).

3 months into my contract I was consistently working with companies like Nike as one of their fitness models.
Booking gigs like the 2013 college football promos.

From here I started to take the leap into entrepreneurship.
I created an app company and within the year I had 58 health and fitness apps in the app store.
I was cruising along in business, but my overall mental and emotional health was dwindling..

I remember one day in particular I was sitting in my business partner's conference room at 12am staring at my computer screen with four cups of coffee in my system and a fat pinch of chewing tobacco in my lip.
I was doing anything I could to stay stimulated and "in my zone".

The irony in this was that I created hypnosis apps and was working on a particular session to help people get over their addiction to CHEWING TOBACCO.
Talk about a hypocrite.
At that moment I made a massive shift.
I said never again am I going to be at effect of drugs or any stimulant.
I am going to take make it my purpose to master my mental and emotional health.

I spent the coming months learning everything I could about creating abundant energy, peak mental states and conditioning happiness! Optimal emotional and mental health can be created very deliberately and I learned the strategies to make that happen..
