Com o nome de A Fonte dos Presentes, já atuava no segmento de utilidades, presentes e brinquedos, e possuía uma filial conhecida como Bazar das Novidades.
Em 1973, com a divisão da sociedade da empresa, mudou-se para a cidade de Americana, na Rua Vieira Bueno.
Com inauguração de filiais, aumentou sua diversificação de produtos como lustres e móveis infantis..
