I was a Mom of 2, a 1.5 and a 3 month old.
I was weighing in at 272 lbs and suffering from postpartum depression(didn't realize it at the time) feeling very alone and spending most day alone with my 2 little ones.
Life was hard and even harder weighing so much..
A dear friend of mine, Carrie pulled me out of my shell and introduced me to a Mom's group.
This was not just your average Mom's group, this was a 60 min full body work out group..
I was terrified and embarrassed, thought to myself there was no way I could do this.
Man was I wrong, yes I struggled but had no clue at the moment this was what was going to change my life in so many aspect.
I joined Fit4Mom Las Vegas and became a new Mom, wife and friend.

I signed up for a new program they had and through this program I lost 100lbs.
Not only did I lose the weight but it UNLEASHED my passion for fitness!!! I became an instructor for 2 of their programs and was finding myself loving fitness, health and wellness more and more.
I decided to become a personal trainer early 2016 and have branched out..
I want to help as many as I can in achieving what they may feel impossible, because something I have learned in the last 2.5 years is, anything is possible..
