Detailed description is Yoga Underground is open! For more information, visit our website, www.yogaundergroundfredonia.com! Hi, I'm Lynda Sandoval! I've been in Fredonia since June 2013, and I'm looking forward to bringing my own teaching voice to WNY.
I am an ERYT-200 and a YACEP through Yoga Alliance, trained and certified through CorePower Yoga's Power Yoga, Hot Yoga-Hot/Power Fusion, and Hot Extensions programs in 2010, Kid Yoga certified through Yoga for Young Warriors in 2011, Rest & Renew restorative yoga certified through Judith Hansen Lasater in 2015, and Chair Yoga certified through Sherry Zak Morris/Yoga Vista Academy in 2016.
I've also studied with Yoga for Survivors, Silver Age Yoga, and completed training with StreetYoga.org, all in Colorado.
I certified in PiYo in July 2015.

I spent a rewarding year and a half teaching at the Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation in Aurora, Colorado, on the University of Colorado Medical Campus.
