On return to Australia, I decided to further my knowledge and completed a Vinyasa Flow advanced immersion, which is now the main focus of my teaching.

I am also a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner and have completed levels 1, 2 & 3 in Thai Yoga Massage.
Thai Yoga Massage is practiced fully clothed on a floor mat.
It combines assisted stretches, massage, acupressure, energy work and mediation.
