My name is Emily Hayden and I am a former student of Texas A&M University, Aggie Class of 2012.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & I own Xtreme Health College Station! I am also a double time Nationally Qualified Bikini Competitor in the NPC currently prepping for my nationals show where I hope to attain my IFBB PRO Card.

Xtreme Health College Station has a WOMEN ONLY Fitness/Boot Camp which I will tell you more about below....
We don't leave you guys out--For males or females we have personal 1 on 1 trainings and lastly an online training program (currently training clients in Austin, Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma, California, & Afghanistan so distance does not matter!).
The online training program is the most affordable out of the 3 and if you purchase this option, I will create a workout & diet program for you to follow- you will be held accountable & be expected to follow it!.

GROUPS CONSIST OF 6-8 GIRLS AND MEET 4 TIMES PER WEEK FOR 1 HR SESSIONS.

By keeping the groups small I can focus on helping each individual, not only on the actual workouts themselves (watching for correct form, etc), but because it is group training I can keep the price affordable--you won't find a better group of motivating & uplifting girls with a Personal Nationally Ranked Bikini TRAINER for $15 an hour.
