I have a numerology life path of 11 and in Chinese Astrology I was born in the year of the Dragon. I am a single mum and have been for over 20 years. My friends say I am honest, caring, compassionate and trustworthy. It has been said by my close friends and my children that I can be a little eccentric and I certainly do live and do things the way that feels right for me and do not follow the crowd... I walk to the beat of my own drum... I am passionate about my work, my beliefs, my children and my pets. I currently have 5 cats. I do not consider myself to be religious but I am spiritual. My family and I live a very pagan way of life. I love the medieval style of clothing and this is what I make for myself and wear in my every day life and not just for ceremony... I have been writing stories and poems since childhood. Add that to a very active and colourful imagination, plus personal life experiences and the end result was my first fantasy novel Gullveig & the Breaking of the Hexes plus 7 other books. My happiest childhood memories were of times spent alone in the fields behind my home with just the birds, the trees, the wind and nature to keep me company. I am pagan and live my life in that way. Being a pagan is not just about casting spells. It is about truly appreciating and having an understanding of nature and the universe and trying to work with the natural energies and elements that are all around us to the best of our ability for the highest good of all.
