Corn hole, dart board, hammock, charcoal grill, gas grill..
Top floor living space: 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) & 1 ½ baths, Kitchen, Dining, Florida, & Living room.
TVs in all bedrooms.
DVD Player in Master bedroom.
Downstairs in separate living space: 1 bedroom (2 Twins & Futon) & 1 full bath, washer/dryer, utility sink, refrigerator, & microwave.
TV/DVD player in bedroom.

Easy walk to beach.
5 houses down from Goombays Restaurant and close to many other businesses.

Renting 365 days/year.

No smoking allowed in house.

Prices: We only accept cash, check, or money orders.
Half is due when you book and the balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your stay. .

When available, the nightly stay from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend will be $250.00/night with a 3 night minimum.
Daily rate prices may be increased during Holidays, contact for quotes.
The October weeks are $950.00/week.
($145.00/night).
November – December is $800.00/week ($135.00/night).
Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks are $850.00..
No rental companies involved, We ask that leave the cottage as you found it.
The cleaning fee is $100,00 $200.00 refundable security deposit required.
The security deposit will be returned as long as you leave the cottage in an undamaged condition.
Dogs will be allowed @ 70lb maximum.
2 dog limit.
$100.00/1st dog, $50.00/2nd dog fee per week or $20.00/1st dog, $10.00/2nd dog daily.
Please note that we have sand spurs and cacti in the yard.
