In general, my process for signs and custom work is to design the product, get approval that it is what the customer wanted (spelling, names, dates, etc.) If this is approved and payment is made, I will proceed and complete the order as agreed.
Once the product is approved and made, there will not be any changes.
If something is changed after this point, there will be a fee applied accordingly and must be paid prior to pick up/shipping..
