Hung Gar, Hung Kuen or Tiger Crane Kung Fu is one of the original Kung Fu Styles from the Shaolin Temple, made famous legendary Kung Fu Master Wong Fei Hung.
Learn traditional Hung Gar hand forms, weapon forms, Tai Chi and self defense techniques.
Open to those interested in learning traditional Chinese Kung Fu the traditional way.
Not intended as informal class.
Emphasis will be on fitness, drills and forms, building self confidence and discipline.
No sparring or freestyle fighting allowed.
No meaningless belts awarded.
Previous martial arts experience not required.
Open to all ages and fitness levels..
