Detailed description is We are a 3rd generation family farm in Lowell, Ohio.
We pride ourselves on providing fresh, local, high quality fruits and vegetables.
We also grow a stunning variety of hanging baskets and flowering specialty containers.
The Witten Farm was founded by Ralph and Frances Witten in 1958.
The business began as a dairy farm with just a few acres of vegetables.
Jerry (Ralph and Frances's oldest son) and his wife Bonnie expanded the vegetable operation to supply homegrown vegetables all over Ohio.
Siblings Julie, Tom, and Scott Witten, 3rd generation farmers, manage the farm today.

Our multiple, convenient farm markets allow us to bring fresh, local produce closer to the people.
We grow numerous varieties of sweet corn, cantaloupe, tomatoes, and other vegetables.

In 1995 Julie started growing flowers and has since added several greenhouses for annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, and specialty containers.
