This event is produced by Winnemucca Balloons LLC, a not for profit, volunteer based company founded solely to bring the joys of hot-air ballooning to Winnemucca.

General Admission is free to the festival, with donations of canned food items for the Food Bank being collected at the gates.
Gates open at 5am with the approximate launch time of 6am Saturday & Sunday of the festival at the Winnemucca Sports Complex..
