FINEST QUALITY SOAPS – ALL HAND MADE IN MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA.

Alchemy: We make luxurious “cold process” soap from fine oils, botanicals and lye.
These are combined until a chemical reaction called saponification takes place, a magic transformation of the ingredients to a luscious and creamy spa quality soap.
Once saponification takes place, we add luxurious ingredients that enhance the bath or shower, like gentle essential oils, fragrances or skin soothers like goat's milk or rose French clay.

Although our grandmothers made soap from wood ash and animal fats, it was far superior to the mostly detergent products in groceries today.
Our soap may have a fine white sheen on the top of the soap.
This is natural soda from the wood ash that naturally rises to the top, and will wash away once you put the soap in water.
Our soaps and lotions are scented with phthalate free, tested, skin-safe fragrances, essentials oils, infused oils, or a blend of two or more.
Most of our colorants are from plant or clay sources.
If not, they are clearly marked.

Directions: Wet bar with water, lather vigorously and wash skin.
Rinse and dry thoroughly..
Warnings: Stop use if irritation develops; avoid contact with eyes.
In case of eye contact, flush with water.

Most of our ingredients are from the United States, with the exception of some of the clays (French Clay, Brazilian Purple Clay) and some of the essential oils (Tea Tree – only grown in Australia; Sandalwood from sustainable sources (Australia or Egypt), Rosewood – from India, sustainable sourced.) There may be others mixed with some of the fragrance oils, but all fragrance oils are purchased through reputable soap suppliers in the United States.

Other Ingredients we use: Sunflower oil (Helianthus); Coconut oil (cocos nucifera); Olive Oil; Castor Oil (Ricinus communis); Palm Oil (Elaeis guineensis); Kaolin Clays, natural mineral oxides.
We do not use FD&C colors.
Average bar size is 3.5 to 4.5 ounces..
CANDLES: Our candles are made with 100 percent soy oil, produced in the USA.
It burns up to 40 percent longer than paraffin with no smoky or oily scent in the air.
If there is smoke, it is because the wick needs to be trimmed.
The wicks are lead free and the fragrances are all best quality and phthalate free, with no plastics or petroleum based ingredients.
Please use in accordance with candle safety precautions and keep out of reach of children and pets, where they can’t be knocked over.
For best results, after 4 hours of burn time, extinguish the flame, and allow to cool so that the wick can be trimmed.
