Detailed description is We are a completely gluten free devoted building, and are 80-95% organic.
(wherever and whenever we can!).
On the property you are welcome to wander around to see: free-range and non-GMO raised chickens, lush organic gardens, and many rustic treasures! In our bakery there is something for every gluten-free dream! With everything being baked fresh daily, we have a selection of breads, buns, treats, pizzas, focaccia & more! .

We offer some breakfast, lunch and light dinner items including, muffins, fresh fruit, farm eggs, pizza, focaccia, bruschetta, sandiwches, and garden veggies and salads!! .

All of our "sweets" are low sugar, we focus on the flavour and nutrition of the ingredients! .
Our breads all focus on the nutrition and flavour as well.
The loaves you find here are nothing like what you find at the grocery store.
Our loaves are about 2lbs each, and full of great ingredients without any bean flours, and very limited rice flours.
Here you will find bread that very closely mocks breads which do include gluten.
We make baguettes, sandwich loaves, seed loaves, cheese bread, mock rye loaves and buns, and more! .

Everything we bake is not only gluten free and organic, we are also now completely dairy free- except any cheese, and buttercream icing.
Almost everything contains eggs, farm eggs however, but we are working on a perfect vegan something or other! .

In the store next to the bakery you will find our farm fresh eggs, chicken and seasonal produce.
Our chickens our non-gmo, gluten free, organic & very free range! The "laying birds" are kept seperate from the "meat birds" - But they both enjoy running around the farm and eating crumbs, mistakes and left overs from the bakery!! We have an onsite meat-inspected slaughterhouse; to ensure our birds have the best life with only one bad day!.
The produce we sell is mostly from our garden, weather and seasons permitting, or carefully sourced as local and fresh as we can get! .
