The Sports Centre's Fitness Suites boasts two floors of state-of-the-art equipment.
The upstairs Fitness Suite has a wide range of free weights including a barbell rack, Olympic bars and weight plates, Olympic bench and squat rack, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainer and a core specific area which offers Fitballs, Bosu Balls, balance aids, medicine balls and foam rollers.
Our downstairs Fitness Suite has an extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as additional free weights, cable machine and smith machine.
