Detailed description is Weston Public Schools' HR takes pride in seeking out the most highly qualified teaching staff and support staff.
Weston Public Schools employs approximately 400 staff in a variety of roles to support our students in four schools, 117 acres of athletic fields and grounds, diverse educational programs and services, and co-curricular activities.
The employee groups include teachers, administrators, administrative assistant/support, computer technicians, para-professionals, maintenance employees, groundskeepers, custodians, security specialists, nurses and a variety of contract service personnel.
As Director of Human Resources, I oversee all employment and labor issues regarding the District’s employees, and as Internal Counsel, I address many of the District’s legal needs.
The Human Resources Department also oversees student residency and freedom of information issues, and serves as the District’s Title IX and EEO coordinator..

The Weston Public School system takes pride in its highly qualified teaching staff and provides teachers new to the school system a formal induction program, individualized staff development, teacher mentors, and curriculum specialist support.
