Vendor Guidelines:.

1. All items sold by a vendor must be produced by the vendor or a member of the vendor's household..
2. All produce sold at the Market must have been grown within a 75 mile radius of Wellington..
3. Vendors must check in at least 15 minutes before the opening of the Market, and be set up by opening time.
If you will be unavoidably late, please call Mike at (620)326-1650..
4. No sales may be made before the start of the Market.
This includes allowing a customer to select items and setting them aside to complete the transaction after starting time.
It is not fair to customers who come at the start of the Market to find that some of the product has already been “picked over” by early birds..
5. Any pesticides used in growing produce must be used in accordance with labeled directions..
