It was formerly the Methodist Church which was built for a congregation of early settlers and miners in 1857.
There has been a choir at the church since this time and the congregation is very proud of this achievement..
Wedderburn Uniting Church is a small congregation who are keen to welcome visitors and new members.
We encourage people to come and explore all that we at the Wedderburn Uniting Church have to offer.

Services.
Services are held each Sunday at 9am..
The services are currently led by members of the Shared Lay Ministry Team.
Each month a minister from Bendigo takes the service.
Our service is followed by morning tea and all are very welcome..
On the 5th Sunday in the month, a special Cluster service is held at 11am followed by a shared lunch.
The churches in our Cluster are Charlton, Boort, Powlett Plains and Wedderburn Uniting Churches.
The location of this service is held on a rotating basis.

The Wedderburn Uniting Church choir meets for practice each Friday at 2pm, followed by coffee at the local Sweets and Treats Café..

Mainly Music.
An exciting new program called mainly music has come to the Wedderburn Uniting Church and begins on Wednesday 25th of February in the church hall at 10:00 am and concludes at 11:30am.
Started in 1990, mainly music is a fun music group for parents or primary carers to enjoy together with their young child..
The aim of mainly music is to provide an environment where preschool children develop skills to enhance their preschool education, through the use of music, rhythm, rhyme and other music related activities with the participation of a parent or caregiver.
Families are also given the chance to think about the God-part of life.
Amazing to think that all this can be achieved in a loving, shared family environment..
The children and their parents/caregivers join together for a fun, 30 minute music session,then afterwards enjoy snacks and refreshments in a relaxed setting.
