We offer a wide selection of yoga classes, which include, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power yoga, Restorative, Static yoga, and soon Inversion swing yoga.
Classes are heated between 80-102 Degrees with 60% humidity and last anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes per class.
